ice wisconsin Fishing Report

hey y'all, what a day we had out on the water! even with the crazy rain coming down all morning, we decided to hit up the madison chain. started fishing at around 6 am when it was still kinda darkish, but the fish were biting! used a drop shot rig with some nightcrawlers, and wow, did it pay off. managed to snag 4 pike all around 4-5 lbs each. the wind was a bit wild, almost blew my hat off a couple times! haha. it kept the boat moving but didn't stop the fish from biting. overall, not a bad day despite the weather, just gotta embrace it sometimes. hope to be back out soon, peace!
