ice Fishing Report

man it was a chilly morning out on the ice, but the mist kinda added to the vibe. got out there real early around sunrise, had my auger and jigging rod ready. only brought a few minnows with me. first couple hours were dead, just me and my thoughts ya know? but then around 8am, boom! 3 nice walleyes, each around 2-3lbs, hit like a freight train on my line! using a blue and silver spoon, they just couldn't resist it. ended up with 5 total, lost a couple too. was super stoked! packed up around noon, but honestly could've stayed longer. missing the ice already!
