colorado ice Fishing Report

so i hit up the ice on chatfield this morning, man it was kinda crazy with those thundery clouds rollin in. caught 5 trout all around 2-3lbs. used a small jigger with a little glow-in-the-dark thingy! iced a couple really nice ones right at sunrise when the wind wasn't too gnarly. people were saying it was gonna be a bust today, but hey it turned out pretty good! had to pack up early tho when the wind kicked up. gotta love colorado weather! overall, super fun day! hope to get back out before it all melts! 🎣
