🌑️ 85Β°F☁️ Thundery outbreaks possibleπŸ’¨ 11 mph

fished in ocean city today, and wow what a day! started buzzing around the inlet right at sunrise. weather was super humid and thundery, but we got lucky with only a few drizzles. caught a solid 4 foot hammerhead, man that fight was intense! used a big live mullet on a 50 lb setup, and boy did it pay off. got a couple of flounders too, around 22 inches, just chilling at the bottom. had to dodge some wind, but it calmed down later. sunset was killer, fish and vibes were good all around. def heading back tomorrow to try my luck again!

hey folks, got out for some fishing this mornin' despite the light rain. water temp was nice around 23c. used my new Ugly Stik rod and a spinner rig. caught 4 channel catfish between 2-5 lbs, they were biting pretty good near the banks. could feel the wind pickin’ up a bit too, but didn’t let it stop me! the rain was kinda refreshing honestly. hooked into a nice one right at sunset, what a way to end the day! if you’re in the area, definitely worth a shot. tight lines! 🎣

fishing today at teach's lair marina was pretty chill. overcast skies with a nice temp around 29ΒΊ, felt great! started early around 6, thanks to the sunrise showing up at 5:59AM. got some nice hits using my trusty old spinning reel and a few live minnows. hooked into a couple of flounders, maybe around 2-3lbs each. had a funny moment when my buddy lost a big one right at the boat, lol, he was not happy! wind picked up a bit, felt like 30 kph at times but it kept us cool. overall, didn’t catch a ton but the vibes were awesome, just hanging out, listening to some tunes. can’t wait to go back soon!

man, what a day at troutfitters in Jackson! got there early, like 6am, and it was a lil chilly but totally worth it. the sky was partly cloudy, and the wind was kinda strong at times but nothing too crazy. hooked into a couple of nice rainbow trout, like 2-3lbs each, using my trusty 5wt fly rod and some dry flies. they were biting like mad! my buddy caught a nice brookie too, probably around 4lbs. we were just vibin on the water, watching the sunrise, it was super peaceful. the water temp was perfect for the fish. honestly, best day I've had in a while! can't wait to go back next week. tight lines! 🎣

fished the surf in ocean city today despite the rain, could hardly see anything but hey, that's fishing right? caught a couple of small stripers and a decent flounder, the flounder was around 5 lbs. used clams on a simple rig, really needed that while the rain poured down. water was a bit choppy but the fish were biting, haha. just a good reminder to always check the weather before heading out, but still had a blast! ended up soaked but worth it for the thrill

🌑️ 68Β°F☁️ Thundery outbreaks possibleπŸ’¨ 11 mph

fished Toledo Bend today around sunrise. it was a bit thunderous and the wind picked up, made it kinda tricky. i started with a buzzbait and caught a couple of nice 4-5 lb bass by the weeds. after that, switched to a wacky rig with some soft plastics, which worked wonders. saw a few storms rolling in, so we kept it short, but the action was solid for a few hours. can't wait to go back when the weather's chill! honestly, i think the bass are getting hungry for the summer. tight lines!
