virginia saltwater Fishing Report

hey all, so we hit the Norfolk saltwater today and it was pretty chill, not too windy just a light breeze. cloudy skies kept it cool which was nice. we left around 6 am, baited up with some live menhaden and hit the spots. caught a couple decent striper, around 25-30 inches, pretty fun fight. used my new Shimano reel and it was smooth as butter! saw some dolphins too which was a sweet bonus. packed it in around 1 pm, but i’m telling ya, the bite was on! can’t wait to go again. tight lines everyone!
