virginia Fishing Report

hey y'all! so I hit the James River this mornin' even tho it was raining like crazy, but I figured why not? caught a couple of nice catfish, around 5lbs each, which was a nice surprise. I was using a simple worm rig and tossed it near the rocks where the water was flowing. the rain actually helped a bit, kept the boat traffic down and the fish were biting good! I was out there since sunrise and stayed till about noon, ended up soaking wet but totally worth it! just keep the lines tight and be patient, they'll bite. good luck out there!
