north carolina Fishing Report

hey y'all, we hit Lake Norman today, despite the thunder looming over us. it was super hot, like 32 degrees C! we started early, right at sunrise, and managed to catch a few decent catfish and some nice crappies. used some live minnows and a bobber, they were biting pretty good till the sky got dark. had a couple of real big ones on but couldn't get 'em in, super frustrating! wind was chillin tho, helped a bit. can't wait to go again, just hope the storms hold off next time.
