north dakota Fishing Report

went out to the Red River this morning with a buddy around 6am, weather was pretty decent, partly cloudy but not too hot. got a few bites early on using my favorite jigging spoon, tipped it with some nightcrawler. managed to land a nice walleye, probably about 4 lbs, and lost another one at the boat. the wind was chill but no complaints since we were just enjoying the time on the water. saw some other folks catch a couple pike too. all in all, a nice day to fish, can't wait to get back out there!
