mille lacs lake Fishing Report

Today was kinda gloomy but I still got out there. Caught a few decent walleye on the usual chartreuse jigs, nothing huge but enough for dinner. Can’t complain on a day like this, just wish the sun would come out more!

First time I got soaked on the water, heavy rain all day! Managed to snag a couple of crappies on a bobber, but it was tough. Wind was crazy too at times. Still had fun with friends tho, can’t let the rain ruin it!

Ugh, total washout on the 20th. Rained like crazy. I was there, but not much luck. Just caught a few dinky rock bass before I gave up and headed home. Weather can be so unpredictable!

So I hit the lake again, and wow, the sun was out in full force! Landed a couple of solid smallmouths. I used a light rod and some worms, finesse style. Perfect day to kick back and enjoy the vibes!

What a beautiful day on Mille Lacs! Sunny and warm, I was out there with my buddy. We threw some jigs and got 5 nice perch. They were really hungry. Also, I forgot sunscreen and got roasted.
