lake of the woods Fishing Report

finally a solid day, cloudy but warm! went out with the crew and we boated a bunch of panfish! nothing crazy big, but enough for a nice fry later. great way to spend the day!

overcast but still hopeful! caught a nice 5 lb. largemouth but released it. they were biting real slow today. used some topwater lures that usually do the trick, but guess they’re not hungry now.

headed out again, but weather was kinda blah again. only caught a few smallies, probably around 2-3 lbs. cloudy skies and chilly. guess that’s spring fishing for ya, you win some you lose some.

omg what a perfect day for fishing! sunny and warm, caught my first big walleye! about 6 lbs! used a jig and minnows, worked like a charm. can’t believe the weather turned so good!

cloudy day at the lake, caught a few trout, but nothing big. threw everything at them—spoons, jigs, even some flies. they just weren't in the mood. still nice to be out on the water with good pals.
