columbia river walleye Fishing Report

finally some sun on the columbia! had a great day out there, landed 8 walleye! biggest was like 7lbs! used a topwater lure, it was just unreal. feels good to see the water so alive, can’t wait to go back!

overcast skies today, perfect for fishing! got out early and caught 6 walleye, all decent sizes! using a green jig and they were hitting hard. loving this fishing season, can’t wait for more!

rained hard again today, but the walleye were on fire! landed 3 good ones, biggest was 4.5lbs. used a live bait rig and they just couldn’t resist. the weather was rough but the fishing made up for it!

hit the river again with some buddies, patchy rain made it tricky but we got lucky! hooked 4 walleye, 1 huge one at 6lbs! using a bright orange spinner, definitely worth getting wet for. loved it!

man, it poured today! but i braved the rain for some walleye action. caught 2 but nothing huge, 1 was maybe 3lbs. used a crankbait, still good to get out even with the wet. gotta love the columbia!
