sacramento river Fishing Report

fished the sacramento river today, weather was overcast and a bit breezy. managed to pull in 2 good sized catfish, both around 5lbs. used stink bait which always seems to do the trick. gotta love catfishing, so relaxing.

sunny day on the river! it was hot, perfect for some fishing. caught a couple of 4lb bass before noon, used a dark green crankbait. it was such a fun day, just me and my rod. took some nice pics too!

went out again today, light rains and a bit windy but caught 5 nice salmon. biggest one was around 8lbs! used some salmon eggs, worked like a charm. don't care about the weather when the fish are biting, right? feeling grateful!

had a nice half day on the river, parts were cloudy but not too bad. i used my new fly rod and it was a blast! hooked a couple of 2lb trout. it was a nice chill day, just enjoyed the nature and a good book while waiting for bites

went fishing today with some buddies, it started off rainy and cold, but we toughed it out. caught a couple small bass but nothing to write home about. honestly, we spent more time chatting than fishing. rain made it tough but we had some laughs
