bighorn Fishing Report

fished the bighorn today, it was super overcast but honestly made for a chill day. temp was nice at about 22°C. i got on the water around 6:00 AM, tried to get in early while the fish were still biting. used my trusty ol’ fly rod with some streamers and wow, it paid off! hooked into a few nice rainbows, biggest was around 4lbs, felt like a beast! the wind was kickin’ at times, but it just added to the whole adventure. caught a total of 5 keepers and released a couple smaller ones. felt good to be out there, can’t wait to go back again soon!
