lake toolondo Fishing Report

went out with my partner today, weather was so cloudy but still had a blast! ended up with a couple of small fish but they were super fun to catch. we mostly used cranks, which seemed to be working okay. can’t wait to do it again!

fished at toolondo, cold and overcast again. caught a decent 3lb brown trout, but man it was windy! had my 6'6" medium rod out and it was a workout. i tried trolling a bit, but it was tough. fingers crossed for better weather next time!

went to toolondo again, another overcast day. didn’t catch much, just a couple of small ones but man the wind was wild today. had a nice setup with live bait but the fish just weren’t biting. maybe next time!

OMG today was so sunny! my friends and i hit the lake at noon and it was like perfect weather. caught a bunch of small bass, nothing huge but still fun. we were using soft plastics, wacky rigged. can’t wait to go again soon!

did a morning session at toolondo, honestly the overcast skies were kinda peaceful. hooked a few sleepers but only got one decent perch, maybe 1 lb. used my trusty old bobber and worms. still a nice chill day
