tampa Fishing Report

hit the waters around Tampa today despite the light rain. man, it was kinda refreshing honestly. I got out there around 7 am with my buddy, and we were using some live shrimp on a small hook. just after sunrise we started getting bites! ended up landing 5 snook and a couple of jacks. the biggest snook was about 25 inches, which was a nice surprise! the wind picked up a bit too, but nothing crazy. we were soaked, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right? can't wait to go again soon!
