savannah ga Fishing Report

hit the savannah river today, overcast skies were perfect for fishing! caught a few catfish, biggest was maybe 6lbs. had my trusty old zebco combo with cut bait and it did the trick. water temp felt nice, breezy day too, only a light wind. threw back some smaller ones but was stoked with the bigger one. can’t wait to fry it up for dinner! might try again tomorrow, hope the weather stays good, peace out!
