salmon Fishing Report

hey guys! went out fishing for salmon on the Boise River today n it was a blast! woke up early around 5am, hit the water by 6. Super nice day, sunny and warm, perfect for fishing! I used my trusty spinning rod with a red and white rooster tail lure. after about an hour, I hooked a beauty, maybe 8lbs! it put up a good fight but I managed to land it. even got a pic! waited a bit longer and caught another smaller one, around 5lbs. saw some other anglers catching too, so the fish were definitely biting! overall, amazing day out on the water, nothing beats it! can’t wait to go again soon! 😃🎣
