missouri river south dakota Fishing Report

took a trip to the river today, was kinda overcast again. only landed 2 fish, both small walleye. used a crankbait which usually does the trick but not today. think the wind might have messed em up, felt pretty chilly too. still better than work tho, ya know?

today was another great day on the water! sunny, a lil windy, caught 5 more bass and lost a big one at the boat, ugh! used a soft plastic worm, they were really biting today. also saw some bald eagles flyin overhead – what a view! i'm so pumped for this spring fishing!

fished again today, was hot and sunny, perfect day for fishin! got 4 nice bass, around 4-6 lbs each. was usin a buzzbait, they were just slayin it! the wind was pretty strong tho which made things a bit tricky, but had a blast. can’t wait to try that spot again soon!

what an awesome day on the Missouri! sunny skies and caught a bunch of pike, like 6 or so. biggest was 5 lbs! used my favorite spinnerbait, had em all over it. the wind picked up quite a bit in the afternoon but it was still fun. throwin back all the smaller ones, can’t wait to get some bigger ones next time!

man what a day! fished under the sun again, got a solid 7 channel cats, all around 3-5 lbs. kept it simple with stink bait on my catfish rig. wind wasn’t too bad, maybe 10 mph. also saw some carp jumpin around, they look like fun but i just wanted the cats. summer vibes are here, can’t wait for the next trip!
