kern county Fishing Report

fished at the Kern River today, it was cloudy and pretty chill with a temp around 25 degrees. the water flow was decent and I threw on a black woolly bugger. got a couple nice rainbows, maybe 1-2 pounds each. was super stoked since I thought it’d be a slow day. wind picked up a bit around noon but it was bearable. overall, a solid outing! can’t wait for the next trip!
