eastern sierra Fishing Report

so we hit up Bishop today, weather was perfect, sunny and warm but not too hot ya know? we were out there at sunrise, around 5:30, and I swear the fish just were not having it. after a few hours of casting with my trusty 6'6" medium rod and some jigs, I finally got a bite on a brown trout! it was a beautiful fish, maybe 2lbs. I thought it was just the start of a great day, but that was the only bite we got. tried everything, even switched to my favorite spinners but no luck. we just enjoyed the scenery and the chill vibes. can't wait to go back soon though, I know they're out there!
