eastern lake erie Fishing Report

not the greatest day, light rain and a bit windy, but I did manage to pull in a decent 3lb walleye. fished with a buddy near the shore. around 8am the weather cleared up a bit which was nice. think I’ll try again when the rain isn’t messing things up! tight lines!

man, it was raining most of the time we were at the lake. caught a few nice perch but not much else. i hate fishing in the rain but sometimes you just gotta go. used a jigging spoon, got some bites but nothing big. definitely need to plan better next time. at least it was quiet!

partly cloudy but not too bad today. only caught a couple of smallmouths but they were fun to reel in. went early, around 5:45am. the bites were a bit slow but we had a good time just chillin’ in the boat. using a green pumpkin worm today, it worked okay. guess I’ll be back for more!

went fishing despite the rain, what a day! we braved the elements and actually managed to catch some decent trout. got soaked but it was worth it. my technique was all over the place tho, rain made everything slippery. still, we laughed and had fun, can't beat fishing with friends!

OMG today was a blast!! sunny weather and I hooked into a 6lb bass!! it felt like a monster when I pulled it in. used a topwater frog which always gets the big ones. went out with my buddy Dave, we both caught a bunch! perfect day for fishing.
