duluth mn Fishing Report

went out to duluth this morning, the sun was shining and it was warm so I thought it’d be a good day to hit the water. got there around 6 am and set up with my trusty old spinning rod and a couple of worms. caught a few pike, nothing too huge but they were fun to reel in! best part was when I heard a splash and thought it was a big one, but it turned out to be a duck diving for something lol. wind was chill, maybe 12 clicks, but it felt nice as I was out there just enjoying the peace. left around noon with 5 pike, biggest was maybe 2.5 lbs. might go back tomorrow if the weather stays like this!
