bodega Fishing Report

fished at bodega this mornin, misty and chilly but it was nice out. temp was around 14C and wind was just breezy. got out on the water by 6am, had my trusty old rod with a light tackle setup. dropped some shrimp at the harbor entrance and bang! hooked into a 5lb halibut in like 20 min! was stoked! caught a smaller one after that, maybe 2lbs. missed a few bites but hey, it was a solid day on the water. finished up around noon, just in time to grab a burger at the stand. can’t wait to go back! 🎣
