beaufort Fishing Report

so today was a wild one in beaufort. woke up early for the sunrise around 6:30, but the clouds were rollin in fast... thought about callin it but decided to go out anyway. got on the water just in time for a thunder rumble, felt kinda spooky tbh lol. ended up using my favorite white popper and WOW they were biting! caught 5 nice reds and a flounder, all around 2-4 lbs. the wind was chill at 12 km/h but those storms were looming, couldn’t stay out long. got off the water before the real downpour hit. what a rush tho, can’t wait to go back once this weather clears up! stay safe y’all.
