stave river Fishing Report

overcast day at stave with some friends, not too cold! we caught a few decent trout, using spinners. not a bad haul despite the gloomy weather, can't complain about being out here! 🐟

today we hit the water again. weather was patchy, got wet but also sunny! caught 5 perch. used small jigs, they were biting but not as much as last time.

another rainy day! hooked into a couple of nice fish but lost a big one at the boat 🙁. using a bobber and shrimp. wind was a bit much too. still love fishing in the rain, tho! 🌧️

it was a wet one today! but i still managed to land a 7lb steelhead! totally stoked about that. used a float setup with a juicy worm. we had to dodge some heavy rain tho, but it was worth it!

what a day! hit the river with my cuz on thurs. caught 4 nice rainbow trout! used my go-to spinner with red dots. the rain was kinda annoying but the fish were just jumpin’ in the boat! 🎣💪
