harrison river Fishing Report

another overcast day, but the fish were hitting like crazy! i got a 7lbs salmon using a green spoons. my buddy caught a few smaller ones too. perfect conditions, wind not too much. can’t wait to go back again!

finally some nice weather again! headed out to the harrison, caught two beautiful rainbow trout right at sunrise. used a fly rod with some dry flies. they were really active, made my day! also saw a bald eagle, which was cool!

seriously felt like winter today, raining hard! didn't catch much, just a small perch. used a bobber with worms. we got soaked but had a good laugh trying to stay dry under the trees. fingers crossed for better weather next time!

ugh today was a washout, rained on and off the whole time, but we braved it. caught a tiny trout on a spinner, only like 1lb. still fun just to be out and about. hopefully the rain helps them bite better next time!

went out on a cloudy day, didn’t expect much but ended up with a decent 5lbs steelhead! used a fly rod with some small nymphs. took a while but totally worth it! river was a bit high but super peaceful out there. love this place!
