southeast idaho Fishing Report

Went out to the river today, it was partly cloudy and a bit windy but perfect temp for fishing! caught 5 nice rainbows, biggest was around 4 lbs. Had my trusty spinning rod with a 6lb test line and was using a small silver spoon, they were hitting it hard! Can't believe how active they were in the morning. Got there around 6:30, just as the sun was coming up. Definitely gonna head back this weekend, the bite was on for sure!
