devils lake north dakota Fishing Report

another great day fishing! sunny and warm, temp was just right. landed a couple more walleye, about 4 lbs each! used crankbaits this time and it really paid off. chilling on the water with friends, doesn’t get better than this. let’s do it again soon!

sunny and calm day at devils lake, finally! caught a few nice perch and one big one that was 15 inches! used a small jig and it worked like a charm. the wind was light too, made for a perfect afternoon. fish fry tomorrow, can’t wait!

hit the lake again after the rain, the temp dropped a lot tho, water was cold. caught 2 small bass, but they were tough to snag in the heavy rain. used live bait, but the fish weren’t too active sadly. still had a good time with my buddy, tho we got soaked!

another awesome day on devils lake! sunny again and i pulled in a 6lb walleye! used a flat rap lure that seemed to draw them in like crazy. the wind was a bit much but i found a good spot tucked away. made some great memories today!

finally had a sunny day at devils lake! wow, caught a ton of crappies, all on jigs. the water temp was perfect, and the fish were in shallow. the sun was too hot tho, forgot my sunscreen and my neck is burnt! but hey, worth it for the catch! can’t wait to hit it again!
