victoria Fishing Report

fished in victoria today, pretty overcast but that was cool for the fishin. got out around 6am and temp was nice at 13.5°c. used a light spinning rod with a 1/2 oz buzzbait and man did that work! caught 3 decent salmon, all about 5-7 lbs. they were really biting in the deeper spots near the rocks. wind picked up a bit at around 10am, but it didn't stop us. ended the day with a smile and a couple of fish in the cooler. not too bad for a weekday trip!
