pacific angler Fishing Report

hey guys, fished at pacific angler today, misty morning but felt kinda magical, ya know? started around 5:30am, water was chill but not freezing. I was using a pink hootchie and got lucky with a couple cohos, both around the 6-7lb range i’d say. they were hitting pretty good near the kelp beds. the wind picked up a bit, but it was manageable. caught a nice bite during sunrise, felt real good. ended up losing one big one at the boat, ugh! but still a blast. gonna come back tomorrow for round two, hopefully the weather stays nice!
