tobin lake Fishing Report

got out on the water for the second time this week, perfect weather! sunny and warm, caught a 7lb pike, biggest of the year for me! used a buzzbait, which was pretty cool. fish were jumping everywhere, pure excitement!

went to Tobin again and it was lovely! sunny and not too windy, caught 5 nice walleye today. used a combo of shiners and some colored jigs. they were pretty active in the afternoon, had a lot of fun. definitely worth the trip!

got soaked today, but we still managed to reel in some fish. it rained on and off, but I got 2 bass and a couple more smaller ones. used a topwater bait, they were still biting despite the rain lol! pretty happy with the catch.

oh man today was a blast! sunny and a bit breezy but we caught 8 nice trout! switched to a spinner and they loved it. I think the wind helped stir them up a bit. it was just so peaceful out there, definitely my fave spot!

took the boat out again, it was a bit cloudy but warmish. got 4 nice perch using small jigs with minnows. not huge but they were fun to catch. wind picked up a bit which made it tricky but nothing I couldn't handle.
