lake winnipeg Fishing Report

today was great! little cloudy but not too windy. managed to pull in a nice 5lb bass using a spinnerbait. they were really hungry! fished near the drop-offs and they were biting. happy with my haul, gonna fry some up tonight!

SO nice out today! sunny and calm! caught a nice limit of walleye between 18-20 inches! used a simple jig and minnow setup. we were out early and they were biting like crazy. could barely keep my line in the water! best trip in a while.

brrrr! today was cold af and super windy! might’ve caught a cold instead of fish haha. only one tiny perch for the whole day, we tried everything. might be time to pack up till it warms up again!

man, what a crazy day. we got lucky with some big bass! it was cloudy and hot but the fish were super active. caught a couple over 3lbs each using a buzzbait. my arms are tired but totally worth it. can’t wait to go back!

fishing was lit today! caught a nice 6lb pike on a topwater frog. weather was partly cloudy and kinda warm, perfect for fishing. i was fishing near the reeds and the pike came right outta nowhere! best day in ages!
