cowichan river Fishing Report

fishing today was awesome! partly cloudy, caught my personal best rainbow! the 8lbs was a fight and a half. topwater lures were the way to go. perfect way to end the week!

overcast day on the river, but still went for it! caught a ton of little fish, but all catch and release. had a great time just being out there. saw some gorgeous wildlife too.

partly cloudy and warm today. caught a couple of nice bass using jig heads. water was just right! could feel the fish were hungry. perfect day on the water with friends, can’t beat this.

man, heavy rain today had the river rushing! didn’t catch much but saw some serious action from the fish, definitely feeling the storm. got soaked but it was fun, can't wait to try again when it's calmer.

wow today was a challenge! heavy rain showers made everything muddy but still managed to pull 2 steelhead. switched to bright colors and it did the trick! had a blast even with the weather.
