gulf of mexico Fishing Report

overcast but decent fishing today! off shore caught a mix of snapper and a couple mahi. used live bait, and they were pecking all day. loved the trip with friends! let's do it again soon!

another rainy day on the water, still managed to catch 4 nice trout. they were active despite all the rain, so kept at it! used topwater lures, and they couldn't resist them! such a thrill

boated out for some early morning fishing, rain showers kept coming but caught a few flounder. nothing huge but fun! used gulp baits, they were hitting it. looking foward to better days

partly cloudy day perfect for fishing! we snagged an awesome grouper and a couple of snapper! used 20lb braid on my spinning rod, they were just biting. made the trip worth it!

fished today in the rain but it was worth it! managed to get some nice redfish, 3 keepers and a few small ones thrown back. used a gold spoon, they were hungry! felt great despite the weather
