folly beach pier Fishing Report

light drizzle this afternoon but the fish were on fire! got some big bluefish, they were biting on spoons. i was reeling them in nonstop! felt like a pro out there. best day fishing yet!

finally a nice cloudy day! went to folly and caught a few nice whiting, they were hitting on sand fleas. weather was perfect for a chill day, no wind, just the sound of the waves. loved it!

heavy rain couldn't keep me away! caught a couple nice reds near the end of the pier. was using a popping cork setup with live minnow. super thrilling chase when they hit! best part was sharing it with friends.

ugh, rain again at the pier! but we went anyway. total bust tho, not a single bite in like 3 hours. i tried everything, even some cut bait. moody waters, better luck next time.

partly cloudy day, finally! we hit the pier around 4pm and caught a few speckled trout. they were biting on jigs, seemed to like the brighter colors. temps were nice, felt like summer was finally here!
