carter lake Fishing Report

partly cloudy but warming up! finally hit the sweet spot in the afternoon, pulled out a nice 6 lb carp on a bread ball. couldn’t believe the size, it was a battle! love this time of year.

cloudy day at carter lake but i was determined! caught a couple smallmouth bass, around 2 lbs each using a green pumpkin senko. had a good time with friends even if the fish were shy!

overcast skies today but it was nice fishing. got a solid 3 lb rainbow trout on a spinner! not too windy either so it was chill. carter lake always feels good even when the sun's hiding.

man, what a wet day at carter lake. heavy rains hit just as we got out on the boat. didn’t catch much, only 1 small perch but hey, that's fishing! just enjoyed being out there.

went out at carter last night, it was patchy rain but surprisingly good. landed a few nice catfish and a decent 5 lbs bass! switched to a chatterbait when it started to pour, they were loving it.
