blagdon lake Fishing Report

another overcast day at blagdon! brought my dad along and we fished with some lures. ended up catching a lovely tench! pretty chill day overall, just nice to spend time outdoors and away from the hustle. always a good time fishing together.

went to blagdon again, overcast skies but solid fishing! managed to snag a few nice roach with bread on the hook. not huge but kept me busy. chatting with other anglers was great, everyone had stories to tell about the day. just an awesome time!

finally some decent weather at blagdon! partly cloudy and a nice breeze. i tried a new popper lure and it was on fire! caught 5 bass in no time. gotta love those active fish. spent a good few hours just enjoying the lake. perfect day!

whoa, heavy rain hit us today at blagdon. but i was determined! went with my husband, and we managed to reel in a couple of pike. used some jigs, and they were biting! even got a little wet but it was such a thrill, we had a blast!

man, it was pouring today at blagdon. the rain was relentless but i hooked into a decent bream! used a float and sweetcorn. couldn’t believe it! got soaked but it was worth it for that one. definitely a day to remember!
