goulburn river Fishing Report

today was a mix of rain and sun, caught a nice 2.5 lb cod! took some patience but it was worth it. used a jigging technique, they were hitting harder as the sun peeked through. exciting day!

rain was on and off but still gave it a shot. caught a few small fish, nothing over a pound. using soft plastics and they seemed to work just alright. was a bit windy, but still fun!

finally a sunny day! went fishing with dad and we had a blast. didn’t catch much but sonner than later, got a nice 4 lb salmon. used a light tackle with spoons. gorgeous day, couldn’t ask for more.

had a quiet day on the goulburn. cloudy and cold, not ideal fishing. didn't catch much, just a couple of small perch. but hey, sometimes it's just nice to be out there, right?

water was a bit murky, might’ve been from the rain, but i managed to hook onto a 3 lb rainbow trout! used a buzzing lure, it was exciting when it struck! hoping for some more fish on my next trip.
