eucumbene river Fishing Report

so today was light rain and pretty chilly! managed to sneak in a few casts before it got too wet. caught one decent brown around 1.2kg on a spinner. soaked by the end but hey, it was good fishin, worth it for sure!

finally a sunny day again, fished all afternoon! water was super cold but i caught 4 nice ones, biggest was about 2kg! used a pink soft plastic on a jig head. breeze was nice too, not too hot. what a day!

rainy conditions today, but threw on my waterproof gear and went out anyway. only caught a few little ones, but had fun! used my spinning rod with a blade bait, they seemed to go for it even with the rain. coffee in my thermos helped too!

kinda dreary today with some patchy rain, but hey, caught a nice 1.5kg trout! lost a couple too, but hey, that’s fishing. used some powerbait on the bottom. wish i had my raincoat tho, got soaked haha!

partly cloudy day, wind was a bit rough tho. i managed to pull out 3 browns, all around 1kg. was using my fav old lure, a yellow and green one. had to work for them but it was fun. good vibes out there, just me and the river.
