eildon Fishing Report

fished at eildon today, what a day! sunny and nice, got there early around 8am. water temp was chilly but the fish were active. used my old trusty soft plastics in a green pumpkin color, and wow did they work! caught 5 nice trout, biggest was about 2.5 kg. the wind was pretty calm, just a light breeze. made it so much better being out there. hooked into a couple more but lost em at the boat, so annoying haha. the vibe was super chill, just me and the birds. stayed till sunset, can't wait to go back and do it all over again!
