white river Fishing Report

came back to the white river, got rained on again! only managed a couple of small guys today, but it’s ok. tried some new tackle and learned some stuff. every trip is a chance to take something back!

wow! today was a scorcher after all that rain! we caught a lot of smaller bass, around 2-3lbs each. used soft plastic worms, and had the best luck near the fallen trees. it was a bit windy too, but who cares when you’re catching fish?

another day of rain but we went anyway! landed some more catfish, had a couple heavy rains while we fished, what a ride. used live worms, they were biting like crazy! fishing in the rain just adds to the adventure.

partly cloudy day on the white river, nice temp too! hooked onto light tackle and got a nice 3lb trout! released a couple of smaller ones, but had a great time overall. nothing beats being out on the water with friends!

wham! heavy rain caught us while we were on the boat, but we pushed on! landed some good-sized bass, biggest was maybe 5lbs. used a topwater lure, and boy did they bite hard! soaked but worth it, had a blast!
