rogue river Fishing Report

fished the rogue again, it was cloudy for sure, but i got into a good bite! caught a couple of nice steelhead, around 4lbs each. used a spinners and they were hitting like crazy! beautiful spot too, just chillin by the water listening to the river flow, perfect day!

took a trip to rogue river, overcast again, but it was perfect for fishing! caught a bunch of trout, like 8 in total, biggest was around 16 inches. using a fly rod with some dry flies. felt so good to be out there, river was so calm and quiet. hope to come back soon!

cloudy day on the rogue, but that didn’t stop the fish! caught a bunch of little bass today, nothing over 2lbs but fun fight! was using a crankbait, they were in the shallows. got a bit chilly towards evening but it was nice watching the sunset over the river. good vibes all around!

went out again today to the rogue, still some rain, but i got 3 nice salmon! biggest was 6lbs or so. used some salmon eggs on a slip bobber setup. the bite was a bit slow at first but then they turned on. love that feeling when they hit right! can't wait to grill these up!

sooo... patchy rain today while fishing rogue river, but i managed to pull in a 5lb steelhead! used my trusty ultra light rod and some worms. it was a little tough with the weather but the fish were active! fished for a few hours and got soaked but totally worth it. that fish made my day!
