long island Fishing Report

hey guys, hit the water at dawn today, misty vibes all around. was kinda chilly but the fish were cruisin'! i managed to pull in 5 fluke, biggest was about 22 inches! used my trusty bucktail jig with a gulp grub trailer, that combo was on fire! the wind was mild so it was pretty chill just drifting and casting. had a few nice bites that got away too, but ya know how it goes. overall a solid day on the sound, can't wait to get back out there! tight lines!
