lake of the ozarks Fishing Report

kinda rainy today but we still got out there. caught a few decent bluegills. wasn’t expecting much but they were biting a little. had my ultralight gear which was fun! might come back for some more catfish soon!

another great trip! we caught a mix of bass and crappies. water temp was nice. used some soft plastics and they went for it like crazy. had a couple bigger ones too, like 3 lbs! love fishing this time of year!

finally a nice day out! fished for a few hours in the late afternoon and got lucky with some nice largemouths! tried different lures but the buzzbait was the winner. the biggest was around 5 lbs, just awesome! can’t get enough of this place!

cloudy day but we hit the lake anyway. only caught a small bass and some sunfish. not the best day, but hey, that’s fishing for ya! can’t wait for the sun to come out again, it’s gotta get better!

rain made it tough today, but we still managed to hook a few catfish. i was using cut bait and it paid off. everyone was soaked but we laughed it off! caught one that was a solid 6 lbs. that was a nice surprise!
