kentucky lake Fishing Report

cloudy and cool today, didn’t catch much but had a snake just bite the line. only snagged a couple of small perch. bringing heavier gear next time, I think they just weren’t biting today. gonna chase them again soon.

today was kinda a wash, more rain but I did catch a couple solid 3 lb tiger muskie! they put up a great fight. used a topwater lure, which surprised me. overall felt good even with the weather still being a pain.

back at it on the lake, rain showers off and on. caught a few small bass around 2 lbs, nothing crazy but good enough to keep me entertained. used a crankbait and it worked pretty well despite the weather. hoping for better luck next time!

the weather was rough today, just relentless rain. we tried for a few hours but only caught some small bluegill, nothing to write home about. wind was strong too, made it tough. we’re gonna try again later this week.

rained on us pretty good today, but I got a break between showers. pulled in a nice 6 lb catfish! used live bait, had a couple other bites too but no hooks. if the rain stops I think it could be really good here.
