estero bay Fishing Report

overcast again. went out for some fun but fishing was a bit slow today. only managed to snag a couple of small rockfish. we tried different spots but not much luck. still had fun though, just being out there

wow what a beautiful day!! sunny and warm, went out solo and caught my limit of trout! biggest was about 5lbs. used a spoon and it was on fire. felt great to be out on the water for a change❤

back to the bay, overcast again, not freezing tho. got a few nice 2lb perch with my buddy. used some old bait we had left over. quiet day overall but sometimes that’s nice. chill!

cloudy and a bit chilly, caught 3 nice cabezon and lost a good one at the boat. my new lure was working pretty well, just had to find the right depth. the sea was rough but still fun!

partly cloudy but the fish were biting! i got 5 sand bass, biggest one was maybe 3 lbs. used a blue and white jig. wind was kinda strong but we made it work. had a blast out there with the mates.
