brookville lake indiana Fishing Report

another rainy day on the 20th but I couldn't resist! got out there, caught a couple decent panfish and a 3lb bass. rain kept me cool, might be my new lucky day trap!

went back on the 16th, heavy rain again but the fish were biting like crazy! got drenched but caught 7 nice bass, biggest was just over 5lbs! using a purple jig worked wonders.

had a great day on the 11th, caught a bunch of 2-3lb bass while throwing topwater lures. weather was perfect, not too windy! love this lake, always something biting!

overcast day on the 10th. went out hoping for some bass but only hooked a few small ones. feel like I need to switch up my bait choice next time, maybe some live worms?

fished on the 9th, weather was nice but a bit chilly. caught a nice 4lb largemouth using a crankbait. even saw some turtles sunbathing! great day to relax on the water.
