bayside Fishing Report

back out in the fog today, temps were chilly. went for a late start and fished till sunset. only managed a small bass and some bites. foggy conditions made it tough to see, but the peace of the bay made up for it. i'll take it!

the mist was thick today! got to the bay around 6am, hit a few spots. ended up losing a big one right at the boat, so frustrating! i swear it was a big halibut. didn't catch much else, but the quiet morning was nice

another cloudy day and we went to the pier. caught 2 nice greenlings on shrimp! kinda slow at first but things picked up. the ocean's been cool lately, but it's always good to wet a line, right? came home feeling good

headed out with my buddy under partly cloudy skies. we were hoping for salmon but got skunked on that front. ended up with a few flounder instead. used my new baitcaster for the first time, sweet setup! gotta keep trying though.

man, what a day! the wind was nuts at 25km/h, made casting tough but still pulled 4 nice striper! used a topwater plug at sunrise. overcast is good for fishing right? Overall a wild and fun time, but next time less wind pls.
