arkansas river Fishing Report

light rain and thunder kinda killed the vibe today but I caught a nice 4lb catfish! used some stink bait while waiting for the thunder to pass. got some good photos in between the showers, all in all not too shabby!

uuh, tough day fishing today. it rained like crazy, but I did manage to land a small mouth bass. i was using a bright yellow spinner which surprisingly did the trick. my buddy got skunked tho haha! still fun despite the downpour.

another rainy day on the river. didn’t expect much but guess what, we caught 5 crappies! hit on jigs mostly. the rain was coming down hard at times but the fish were active! definitely a surprise but i’ll take it.

took a chance with some patchy rain, not too bad really. ended up with 3 nice stripers! used some shad for bait. the wind picked up a bit made it tricky tho. had some good laughs and enjoyed the nature, can’t complain!

man, we got soaked out there today! it was pouring rain but we managed to hook a few trout. they were biting on worms and some spinners. the river was flowing fast, felt like we were fishing in a river rapids! worth the wet clothes, trust me haha.
