american falls reservoir Fishing Report

finally got a nice day to fish! misty morning but turned out great. caught 4 bass and a couple of trout, probably around 2-4 lbs each. used a spinner and it was steady action! felt good to finally reel some in.

ugh, another rainy day on the reservoir. I only caught a small bluegill. tried fishing with live worms, but it was super windy. gave up after a few hours, just didn't wanna get drenched anymore!

man it rained and poured today! fishing was slow, just caught a few dinky perch. best i could do with the weather. was cold too, like freezing! came home early but hey, still some fresh air right?

hit the water this morn despite the weather, super cold and windy. caught only one decent trout, like 2 lbs. it was tough with the wind! tried some trolling but nothing really worked out. still felt good to be out there tho.

went yesterday, was kinda rainy but we went anyway! got soaked but still managed to catch a big ol' catfish, maybe 5 lbs. used some stink bait and it was worth it. had to hide under the trees a few times, but the rain didn't stop us!
